Working Out the Details of Architecture ~ Reis and Hatch Perspective

Jon Reis' vision for all-encompassing wide angles combined with Dede Hatch's eye for detail and abstraction make them the perfect architectural photography team. This image of the MDSzerbaty+Associates design for Cornell University's Catherwood Library showcases Hatch's interest in turning architectural elements into ambiguous objects through use of texture, light, and perspective. Not only do we provide accurate photographic depictions of the architectural design, but we also draw attention to the more subtle beauties of the structure through combining documentation with artistic vision.
